About
Trinity Training and Consulting was creating in 2017 by its founder, Wayne DuBois, to meet the need for high quality tactical and leadership training. As Wayne has grown in his own journey of experience and growth, he has sought to pass on as much as he can to others and the newest generation of officers. Since 2017 the services have expanded to consulting and training in both the government and private sectors. Wayne’s understanding of leadership impacts on the organization has driven his passion for creating leaders at all levels! There is more demand than ever for leadership in every organization and that demand has also driven growth for Trinity Training and Consulting, causing the addition of highly competent instructors and consultants to the team.
